- Operate and monitor the powder coating conveyor line.
- Load and unload components properly on conveyor hooks/hangers.
- Maintain proper conveyor speed and smooth material flow.
- Monitor the curing oven and coating process for abnormalities.
- Perform basic visual inspection of coated parts.
- Identify and report coating defects, breakdowns, and safety issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S in the work area.
- Follow company safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Meet daily production targets and support the production team.
Qualification & Experience:
- 10th / 12th / ITI preferred / Electrical Engineering
- 0–3 years of experience in powder coating, painting, conveyor operation, or manufacturing.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
