Roles and Responsibilites:

- Maintaining Material Identification/ Traceability/ Material loading & Unloading feasibility.
- Maintaining & Follow-up for Green Level of Raw material /Tool Parts /Consumable.
- Ensure Advance Space Planning for Tool parts & Consumable Storage.
- Timely issue of Raw material, Tool Parts, Consumable as per production plan.
- Ensure Proper Material Indenting of tool Parts to Purchase Team.
- Maintaining GRN & Inward.
- Check & Ensure Daily Material stacking List as per Inward.
- Ensure Stock updating of Tool Parts, Consumable.
- Vendor / Job work Receipt & Stock Updating.
- Ensure Raw, Tool parts Rejection send to supplier within one Month from date of rejection Note.
- Ensure Raw material transaction in FIFO basis.
- Ensure SOP /Policy are Followed & report Deviations if any to Stores Manager.
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted store operations.
- Make sure the store operations are smoothly running for the Electrical Maintenance Dept, all the required replacement parts,



recent parts and other items are available in the store for immediate/ future use.

Experience Required: 1-3 Years, should have basic knowledge about MS Excel, good in communication. Previous store experience will be an advantage, freshers may also apply.

Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Location: Virar (Company Bus Service is available from Virar Railway station to Factory)
