Job Summary

B. K. Infraservices Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Civil & Interior Project Executive to handle day-to-day site execution activities for civil and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, contractor coordination, material planning, quality control, progress monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of work as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Execute day-to-day civil and interior works from project commencement to final handover.
- Site Supervision: Supervise civil and interior finishing activities, including masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, false ceiling, partitions, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP works.
- Work Planning: Coordinate daily site activities and monitor progress to ensure timely completion as per the project schedule.
- Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Drawing Coordination: Read and interpret civil, architectural, and interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Quality Control: Ensure all site activities meet approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Material Management: Prepare material requirements, coordinate with the procurement team, and monitor material usage and wastage.
- Quantity Estimation: Assist in quantity calculations, measurements, BOQ verification, and billing documentation.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports; maintain site records, and report execution issues or delays to senior management.




- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping at the project site.
- Client & Team Coordination: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Snagging & Handover: Identify and rectify finishing defects, complete snag lists, and support timely project handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in civil construction and interior project execution.
- Practical knowledge of civil works, interior fit-outs, and finishing activities.
- Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, material planning, and site measurements.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities and work within project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in commercial, corporate office, residential, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in site execution and contractor coordination.
- Good attention to detail, quality control, and workmanship.
- Knowledge of site billing, including checking, rechecking, verifying measurements, and finalizing contractor bills.
- Ability to review and verify BOQs, measurement sheets, and running/final bills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Mumbai.
