The Draughtsman/Draughtswoman is responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate architectural, structural, and construction drawings for villa projects. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to ensure that drawings meet design specifications and site requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Develop architectural, structural, and construction drawings as required.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
- Maintain and organize drawing files and project documentation.
- Meet project deadlines and follow company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Positive understanding of technical drawings and construction standards.
- Attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant work experience is preferred.
