We are currently seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team for our solar O&M; projects. As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all personnel working on the projects, as well as implementing and enforcing safety regulations and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on site
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Provide safety training to all project personnel
- Investigate and report on any accidents or incidents
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Safety Officer in a similar role
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is preferred
