Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant Experience: 5–8 Years Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant with strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HR/HCM to investigate employee data issues and troubleshoot integration discrepancies. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: - 5–8 years of SAP HR/HCM experience, including 2–4 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience. - Strong understanding of SAP HR infotypes, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and payroll data. - Experience with Employee Central to SAP HR/payroll replication and data mapping. - Ability to investigate employee data discrepancies across systems and identify root causes. - Experience in functional specifications, testing, defect management, and production support. - Configuration and development experience in Employee Central is not mandatory. Important: Candidates must be currently open to work and provide PF employment history for verification.

Pay: ₹1,430,000.00 - ₹1,680,000.00 per year
