Travel Sales & Operations Executive

Zero Degree Holidays is a premium personalized travel company based in Ahmedabad. We specialize in customized domestic and international holidays, honeymoon trips, family vacations, luxury travel, corporate travel, and complete end-to-end travel services.

We are looking for a Travel Sales & Operations Executive who can manage customer inquiries from the initial conversation through quotation, booking, and pre-trip coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, website, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand customer travel requirements including destination, travel dates, number of travelers, hotel preferences, activities, transfers, and special requests.
- Suggest suitable destinations, hotels, itineraries, and travel options based on customer requirements.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs,



transport providers, and other travel suppliers to obtain availability, rates, and booking details.
- Compare supplier options based on price, hotel quality, itinerary, inclusions, reliability, and service.
- Follow up with customers on quotations and convert qualified inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate booking confirmations, invoices, payments, vouchers, itineraries, and other travel documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers before and during the customer's trip.
- Maintain accurate customer, booking, payment, and supplier information.
- Provide timely customer support and resolve routine travel-related issues.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
