We are looking for a confident trainer to prepare students for UK university credibility, pre-CAS, and UKVI interviews. Previous experience in student training or interview preparation is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group interview training sessions.
- Run mock interviews and provide clear, personalised feedback.
- Help students confidently explain their course choice, university selection, finances, and career plans.
- Improve students’ English communication, confidence, and presentation skills.
- Guide students to give honest, natural answers based on their own profiles.
- Assess interview readiness and maintain training and progress records.
- Coordinate with counsellors and the processing team to meet interview deadlines.
- Keep training materials updated with relevant interview requirements.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
* Ability to support students with different levels of English proficiency.
* Knowledge of UK study pathways and student interview processes is an advantage.
* Previous experience in interview training, IELTS/spoken English coaching, or study-abroad counselling is preferred.
* Basic CRM and MS Excel knowledge is an advantage.
