Job Description

TK Sports Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for an experienced and responsible Accessories Store In charge to manage the day-to-day operations of the accessories store in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of inventory management, material handling, stock records, and coordination with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the accessories store and maintain proper stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming accessories and materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, labeling, and organization of all accessories.
- Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, returned, and remaining.
- Issue accessories and materials to the concerned departments as per approved requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the Purchase Department about low-stock items and replenishment requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward material movements.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts Departments.
- Ensure safe storage of materials and prevent damage, shortages,



and unnecessary wastage.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports for management.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper organization in the store.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate; a diploma in inventory or store management is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a store or inventory management role, preferably in a manufacturing or garment industry.
- Knowledge of accessories, material inward/outward, stock registers, and inventory control.
- Basic computer knowledge and working experience with MS Excel or inventory management software.
- Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage stock accurately and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
