We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sourcing Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sourcing executives in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating property leads, building relationships with brokers and channel partners, sourcing residential and commercial properties, and ensuring the achievement of team targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sourcing executives.

- Identify and source residential and commercial property inventory through brokers, channel partners, developers, and direct property owners.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, real estate agents, and property owners.

- Assign sourcing targets to team members and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance.

- Train team members on lead generation, property sourcing,



negotiation, and follow-up techniques.

- Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified property leads and available inventory.

- Negotiate with brokers and property owners to secure competitive commercial terms.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth lead handover and deal closure.

- Monitor team productivity, lead conversion, and sourcing performance.

- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.

- Explore current sourcing channels and identify opportunities to expand the property network.

- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports with management.
