Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Manager to manage student placements, build relationships with companies, and support students in securing suitable job opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
- Identify job opportunities for students and coordinate placement activities.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events.
- Prepare students for interviews through mock interviews and career guidance.
- Coordinate with companies regarding job openings and recruitment requirements.
- Maintain student placement records and prepare placement reports.




- Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career development.
- Monitor placement progress and ensure placement targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with academic teams to improve students' employability skills.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in placement management or recruitment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and industry requirements.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to coordinate with companies, recruiters, and students.
- Good organizational and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
