Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial aspects of the organization, including direct taxation, indirect taxation, statutory compliance, and financial management and analysis with proficiency in Tally software. This role requires meticulous attention todetail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Direct Taxation:

•Manage and oversee all aspects of direct taxation, including tax planning, compliance,and reporting.

•Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of income tax returns.

•Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and advise managementaccordingly.

•Conduct tax audits and liaise with tax authorities as necessary.

Indirect Taxation:

•Oversee compliance with all indirect taxation laws, including GST/VAT.

•Prepare and file GST/VAT returns in a timely manner.

•Monitor changes in indirect tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.

•Provide guidance and support to other departments on indirect tax matters.





Bank Reconciliation:

•Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

•Monitor cash flow and report any irregularities.

Financial Management and Analysis:

•Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. •

•Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.

•Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

•Proven experience in direct and indirect taxation, and financial management.

•In-depth knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
