Job Description

S. Narayan Associates is looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented candidate for IPR Filing and general office work. The candidate will be responsible for handling online filings, documentation, data entry, client records, and day-to-day office activities.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with basic computer knowledge and an interest in learning Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) procedures will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handling online filing of Trademark, Copyright, Design, and other IPR applications.
- Preparing and submitting online applications and related documents.
- Maintaining trademark application records and client databases.
- Performing data entry, documentation, and other computer-related work.
- Checking application details and ensuring accuracy of documents.
- Handling emails, client communication, and follow-ups.
- Maintaining files, registers, and office records.
- Assisting with daily administrative and office management tasks.
- Tracking application status and updating relevant records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate candidates are preferred.




- Freshers can apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Good typing skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of email, internet browsing, and online forms.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and IPR filing procedures.
- Ability to work responsibly and manage assigned tasks.
