Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Contact leads from websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain our wedding décor and event planning services.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule appointments.
- Maintain customer records and follow up through calls and WhatsApp.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Telugu fluency preferred; basic English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
