- To recruit valuable quality prospective insurance advisors.
- Ensure that the advisors achieve business targets set for them.
- Provide on the job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum Graduate with Min. 6 months Sales Experience.

- Candidate Age (Preferably b/w 22 - 42 Years)

- Should be residing in the city for 2 years

Pay: ₹310,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
