1800AD is a premium ice cream brand offering Kulfi, Matka Kulfi, Popsicles and Gelato through online delivery and Retail partnerships.
- Responsible for personally managing operations, staff, inventory and performance across all 4 delivery stores (Initially).
- Strong marketing and sales skills to acquire new customers, develop retail partnerships and grow business.
- Excellent leadership, execution and team management skills to get work done efficiently and maintain discipline.
- Robust evaluation and analytical skills to monitor performance, control wastage and improve profitability.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license are compulsory, with willingness to travel between all stores.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Language:
- Hindi , English, Marathi (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driving Licence (Preferred)
