We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Restaurant Host/Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff and the service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about restaurant services.
- Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Monitor table availability and waiting times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Answer phone calls and manage reservation inquiries.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th pass or graduate in any stream; hospitality qualification preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years; restaurant or hotel experience preferred.
- Freshers: Can apply with good communication and customer service skills.
- Languages: English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
