Role & responsibilities

- Conduct personalized counselling sessions and understand students requirements.
- Generate, follow up on, and convert leads to achieve sales targets.
- Explain courses and programs clearly and address student queries.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate lead records.
- Counsel students and parents across all education levels: School, PUC, Degree, MBA, Medical (MBBS), and Medical PG.
- Recommend suitable courses and programs, and explain curriculum, fees, duration, eligibility, and career outcomes clearly.
- Handle student and parent queries, doubts, and objections with transparency and empathy.
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups on enquiries from campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and digital channels.
- Guide students through the enrolment process, including documentation, fee payment, and onboarding.
- Update the CRM daily with call notes, status, and follow-up dates.
- Share regular performance reports with the team lead or manager.




- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on course changes, offers, and competitor offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in academic or career counselling, preferably in the education sector.
- Comfortable with both telephonic and face-to-face counselling.
- Fluent in English and at least two regional language (Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam,Telugu, Tamil is a plus).
- Strong communication, active listening, and persuasion skills, with a student-first approach.
- Willing to work full time, on-site at the Bengaluru office

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
