- Handle all inward material activities, including receiving, quantity verification, quality checking, and system entry.
- Manage outward material activities, including picking, packing, labelling, dispatch, and loading.
- Supervise overall warehouse operations and ensure proper storage, stacking, and organization of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure regular physical stock verification.
- Handle logistics operations, including transportation, courier coordination, vehicle arrangements, and timely deliveries.
- Manage e-commerce order processing for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company’s website.
- Ensure timely processing, packing, invoicing, labelling, and dispatch of e-commerce orders within platform deadlines.
- Handle e-commerce returns, reverse logistics, damaged products, replacement orders, and return-to-origin shipments.
- Monitor e-commerce order status, shipment tracking, delivery updates, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with courier partners and logistics providers to resolve shipment delays and delivery issues.
- Manage warehouse staff, allocate daily responsibilities, monitor productivity, and maintain discipline.
- Train warehouse staff on inward/outward processes, inventory management, packing standards, logistics, and e-commerce order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase,



production, accounts, and e-commerce teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain stock registers, inward/outward reports, dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans, and e-commerce order records.
- Monitor damaged, defective, excess, and returned stock and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure accurate inventory synchronization between physical stock, warehouse records, and e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, safety standards, and material handling procedures.
- Monitor courier expenses, transportation costs, packing material consumption, and overall warehouse operating costs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering stock, dispatches, pending orders, returns, and staff performance.
- Take complete responsibility for warehouse efficiency, logistics coordination, e-commerce fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and team performance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
