We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and well-organized Production Manager for our print production unit.

Job Type: Full time

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Overtime: Working hours may occasionally extend beyond the regular schedule due to production workload or urgent deadlines. Overtime arrangements and compensation can be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily production activities according to the schedule provided by management & coordinate with workers, the floor manager, and other team members to ensure smooth production.
- Follow up on job progress, production timelines, and delivery deadlines.
- Update daily production status, job details, and progress reports in google sheet.
- Coordinate with the client service team and vendors regarding orders and production requirements.
- Arrange procurement of raw materials and other production supplies as required.
- Identify production delays and coordinate with the concerned team to resolve issues.

Required Skills





- Practical knowledge of printing press operations and production workflows.
- Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, and internet usage.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, handle urgent production requirements, and resolve problems effectively.
- Ability to communicate in Bengali and Hindi and understand basic English instructions.
- Good coordination skills, reliability, and a responsible approach to work.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience in a printing press or production unit, particularly in production coordination or operations, will be preferred.
