Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Site Accountant cum Store Keeper with proven experience in the construction industry. In this dual role, you will be stationed directly at our project site to manage daily site financial tracking, petty cash, construction material inventory, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Construction Site Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Maintain accurate daily logs of site expenses, petty cash, and site labor/vendor payments.
- Verify and process contractor bills, sub-contractor vouchers, vendor invoices, and petty expenses.
- Prepare daily/weekly site expenditure reports for management and the head office.
- Handle local site purchases, petty cash registers, and ensure proper GST billing compliance.

2. Construction Store & Material Management

- Manage end-to-end site material receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch (cement, steel, aggregate, site tools, safety equipment, etc.).
- Maintain proper stock registers, Material Received Notes (MRN / GRN), and Material Issue Slips (MIS).
- Perform regular physical stock audits at the site and reconcile entries.
- Ensure proper organization, safe storage, and security of all construction site materials and machinery tools.
- Track minimum stock levels to avoid project downtime due to material shortages.

3. Site Coordination & Vendor Management

- Coordinate closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction materials.




- Inspect incoming raw materials and site equipment for quantity and quality/damage before accepting deliveries.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Industry Experience: Mandatory experience working on Construction Sites, Infrastructure Projects, or Real Estate Development.
- Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally / ERP software and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Key Traits: Strong numerical skills, high integrity, disciplined work ethic, and good site communication skills.
