Digiconn Unite Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Travel Consultant with prior experience in the tour and travel industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries, recommend travel packages, and manage client relationships professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries regarding tour packages, holiday destinations, hotel reservations, and travel services.
- Communicate effectively with domestic and international clients through calls and emails.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages and itineraries.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with clients regarding travel plans, reservations, and related services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, and bookings.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a tour and travel agency is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and professional email-writing skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in travel consultancy, tour operations, holiday packages, hotel bookings, or international travel services will be preferred.
