Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in preparing and serving coffee and other beverages. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso machines, latte art, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, including cappuccino, latte, americano, mocha, and macchiato.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other beverage-making equipment.
- Demonstrate expertise in coffee brewing techniques, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace sanitation standards.




- Assist in menu recommendations and suggest beverages according to customer preferences.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–4 years of relevant work experience specifically as a Barista is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee brewing techniques.
- Hands-on experience operating professional coffee machines and grinders.
- Expertise in milk steaming, frothing, and latte art.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced café or hospitality environment.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a professional appearance.

Candidate Requirements

- Location: Delhi
- Experience: 3–4 years as a Barista only.
- Candidates must have practical experience in coffee preparation and beverage service.
- Candidates with experience in other roles but without relevant Barista experience will not be considered.
