Your work profile

- Solution Architecture: Lead the design and delivery of enterprise data, cloud, analytics and Generative AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Technology Strategy: Define architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies to drive digital transformation and business growth.

- Data & AI Transformation: Architect data platforms and AI solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure OpenAI, RAG and conversational AI.

- Cloud Modernization: Lead Azure cloud migration, infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.

- Client & Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

- Technical Leadership: Guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor professionals and establish architecture and engineering best practices.

- Delivery & Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple projects, delivery governance, resource planning, risks and client commitments.

- Enterprise Integration: Design data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data models and cross-platform migration solutions.

- Performance & Governance: Drive performance optimization, security, data governance and reusable solution frameworks.

- Pre-sales & Business Growth: Support proposals, solution presentations, technical estimations and business development initiatives.

- Innovation: Evaluate emerging cloud and AI technologies to identify opportunities for automation,



modernization and improved business outcomes.

Required skills

- Solid experience in enterprise architecture, solution design and technical leadership across data engineering, cloud modernization, analytics and AI.

- Expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics and cloud migration architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, data platforms, ETL/ELT, data modeling and integration.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, RAG, conversational AI and AI-driven automation.

- Experience with Python, SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Oracle and enterprise data engineering technologies.

- Strong understanding of architecture principles, integration patterns, security, governance and performance optimization.

- Proven experience managing multiple projects, leading technical teams and resolving complex architectural challenges.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and people leadership skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies, delivery governance and risk management.

Good to have

- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agentic AI.

- Exposure to Power BI, data governance, cloud automation and pre-sales activities.

- Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, TOGAF or Project Management.

Desired qualification

- B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent qualification.

- 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data platforms, cloud modernization and AI-led transformation.

- Proven experience leading large-scale projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and engaging with senior client stakeholders.

- Strong combination of technical architecture, delivery leadership, people management and business development capabilities.
