Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily manpower attendance, overtime, payroll inputs and HR MIS.
Support recruitment, joining formalities, onboarding and employee documentation.
Assist in maintaining PF, ESIC, BOCW, labour licence and statutory compliance records.
Coordinate workers’ transportation, food and accommodation facilities.
Assist in room allotment to workers in labour camps and maintain room occupancy records.
Support labour camp management, housekeeping and basic facility arrangements.
Maintain employee files, ID cards, gate passes and staff records.
Assist in office administration, stationery and inventory management.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams for HR and administrative requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports using MS Excel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
