Job Description

We are hiring 20 Steel Fixers for a construction company in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing, cutting, bending, and installing steel reinforcement bars for concrete structures according to construction drawings and project specifications.

Candidates should be capable of carrying out steel fixing activities safely and accurately at construction sites while maintaining the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Measure, cut, bend, and install steel reinforcement bars according to construction drawings.
- Tie reinforcement bars securely using binding wire and appropriate tools.
- Ensure the correct placement, spacing, alignment, and positioning of reinforcement steel.
- Read and follow construction drawings and site instructions.




- Prepare reinforcement steel for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other concrete structures.
- Check reinforcement work before concrete pouring.
- Follow construction site safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other construction workers to complete assigned tasks on time.

Requirements

- Practical knowledge of steel reinforcement and fixing activities is preferred.
- Ability to follow construction drawings and site instructions.
- Knowledge of measuring, cutting, bending, and tying reinforcement bars is an advantage.
- Ability to work at construction sites and follow safety procedures.
- Candidates must be below 37 years of age.
