About the Role

For IT Company admissions & for a real estate portal specialising in rental and resale properties, is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit promotional videos, property reels, YouTube Shorts and social media creatives.
- Develop engaging content, captions, ad copy, video scripts and calls to action.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Manage lead-generation campaigns targeting property owners, buyers, tenants and potential business associates.
- Understand Google Ads, audience targeting, campaign optimisation and budget management.
- Perform keyword research, basic SEO, on-page optimisation and website promotion.
- Track campaign performance using CPL, CTR, CPC, qualified leads and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Use Canva,



video editing software and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Coordinate with the sales team to monitor lead quality and improve conversions.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing.
- Video creation and editing skills.
- Strong content writing and social media management skills.
- Understanding of lead generation, audience targeting and campaign analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, SEO and Google Analytics 4.
- Ability to analyse results and optimise campaigns based on performance.
- Good communication, creativity and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations

The candidate must focus on generating qualified leads, attracting property listings, increasing brand awareness and improving advertising performance—not just likes and followers.
