About the role
Lead a video editing team, maintain creative quality and deliver content on time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 10–15 editors.
- Oversee editing workflows, deadlines and quality.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams.
- Improve production efficiency and reduce revisions.
Must-have requirements
- 4–6 years in video editing and production.
- Proven direct management of a 10–15-person team.
- Solid skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent storytelling, quality control and deadline management.
- Experience with short-form and long-form digital content.
