About the Role

The client is hiring an experienced MEP Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services across multiple construction sites. The role covers MEP planning, execution, coordination, quality control and handover, and requires full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

MEP Execution & Site Management

- Lead and manage MEP activities across multiple construction sites.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and drainage works.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays and implement corrective measures.
- Oversee material procurement, installation schedules and resource planning.

Technical Review & Approvals

- Review and approve MEP layouts, shop drawings, technical submittals and material specifications as per delegated authority.
- Identify and resolve technical clashes and coordination issues.
- Review contractor work, material approvals, testing procedures and commissioning plans.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, civil teams, contractors and project management teams.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Quality, Compliance & Handover





- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Ensure proper testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
- Support the project team in cost control, compliance and timely project completion.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare progress reports, inspection reports and technical documentation.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting and building services.
- Proven experience managing MEP execution and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.
- Ability to review drawings, monitor contractors and resolve technical issues on site.
- Hands-on exposure to testing & commissioning and project handover.
- Strong leadership, communication and project coordination skills.

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant MEP experience in construction projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in residential or commercial high-rise projects.
- Background in PMC operations, contractor management and multi-site MEP coordination.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- MEP Installation: 5 years (Preferred)
- MEP Commissioning: 5 years (Preferred)
