Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to promote and sell recent or pre-owned cars. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, negotiating prices, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements and budget.
- Explain car models, features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, telephone calls, online inquiries, and referrals.
- Arrange test drives and provide product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate prices and coordinate discounts with the Sales Manager.
- Explain finance options, insurance, exchange offers, and accessories.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve customer conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, documentation,



and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely vehicle delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
- Experience in automobile sales or showroom sales is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of cars, vehicle features, and automobile financing.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
- Four-wheeler driving licence preferred, depending on dealership requirements.
