Role: Recruitment Consultant (UK Healthcare Sector)
Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad
Experience: 2-4 years

What We're Looking For
✔ Experience in UK healthcare recruitment (NHS, locum, permanent or agency) is highly preferred
✔ Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, databases and networking
✔ Knowledge of the UK recruitment process, including compliance and candidate onboarding
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
✔ Ability to work independently, manage a full recruitment cycle and meet targets
✔ Comfortable working UK-aligned hours

✔Experience placing doctors, nurses or allied health professionals is an added advantage
