Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Director to lead our manufacturing facility's daily operations, production, quality control (QC), microbiology lab, and ensure complete regulatory compliance (FSSAI & Drug Standards). This role will act as the overall in-charge overseeing all department heads (Production, QC, Micro-chemists).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift planning, production targets, and operational efficiency across the plant.
- Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI guidelines, Drug & Cosmetics Act, GMP, and GLP standards.
- Coordinate closely with the QC Manager, Lab Chemists, and Production Manager to deliver zero-error quality output.
- Keep the facility fully prepared for all statutory and regulatory audits (FSSAI/Drug Inspectors).
Key Requirements & Skills
- Location: Factory / Plant Bhagwanpur
- Experience: 12–18 Years (Minimum 5+ years in Plant Head / Operations leadership within Nutraceuticals, Food Supplements, or Pharma)
- Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Food Tech/Chemical/Biotech) or M.Sc (Chemistry) + MBA or B.Pharm/M.Pharm
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
