Aapko day-to-day accounting, Tally entries, GST/TDS filings, aur daily billing & reconcilement ki achhi samajh honi . Ek aisi candidate ki talash hai jo accurate work kare aur deadlines ko ache se manage kar sake.

Key Responsibilities (Aapka Role aur work)

Daily Accounting: Tally / Accounting Software me daily sales, purchase, payment, aur receipt entries ko accurately record karna.

Banking & Cash: Daily bank aur cash accounts ko reconcile karna aur entries match karna.

Taxation & Compliance:

GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) ke liye data prepare karna aur basic filing dekhna.

TDS calculation, deduction, aur quarterly returns ka tracking rakhna.

Invoicing & Billing: Party bills, sales invoices, aur vendor payments ko time par process karna.

Vendor & Customer Ledger: Debtors aur creditors ke accounts ko regular reconcile karna aur outstanding payments ka follow-up rakhna.





Monthly Closing: Month-end audit aur management balance sheet balance karne me senior accountant / CA ki help karna.

Voucher & Documentation: Sabhi invoices, receipts, aur vouchers ko proper filing/folder me maintain rakhna.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: B.Com / M.Com ya Finance me Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience: Accounting field me 1 se 3 saal ka hands-on experience.

Software Skills:

Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 ka achha knowledge mandatory hai.

Basic to Intermediate MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).

Taxation Knowledge: GST, TDS, aur basic Income Tax rules ki practical samajh.

Skills: Figures me accuracy, basic communication skills, aur team ke saath co-ordinate karne ki habit.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
