Reporting To: Founder We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and entrepreneurial professional to join our Founder’s Office — someone who thrives on solving complex problems, taking ownership, and turning ideas into measurable business outcomes. This is not a conventional desk job with a predefined scope. It’s an chance to work at the heart of the business, collaborate across functions, and help shape the next phase of Namhya’s growth.
You’ll work directly with the founder on high-priority business challenges, strategic initiatives, expansion opportunities, and execution-critical projects.

What You’ll Own
1. Strategy, Growth & New Business Identify and evaluate recent business opportunities, growth levers, and strategic initiatives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to support business decisions. Help identify new revenue streams and unlock opportunities for sustainable growth.2. Market Expansion & Channel Development Support domestic and international expansion through market assessment, prospect mapping, and go-to-market planning. Drive growth across marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, and offline retail channels. Evaluate market potential, channel performance,



and expansion priorities.3. Business Analytics & Performance Management Track key business metrics, identify performance gaps, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Build business analyses, dashboards, reports, and actionable recommendations. Use data to evaluate initiatives, monitor outcomes, and support informed decision-making.4. Cross-Functional Execution Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to drive business priorities.5. Founder-Led Strategic Projects Partner directly with the founder on high-impact, business-critical projects. Prepare strategic recommendations, business plans, presentations, and decision briefs.

Experience & Qualifications:1–3 years of relevant experience in startups, consulting, business strategy, growth, business operations, or a Founder’s Office role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Comfort with spreadsheets, business metrics, market research, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently.

You don’t need to know everything on Day 1. You do need the curiosity to learn, the initiative to figure things out, and the ownership to see things through.
