Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Manager to oversee civil construction activities for power projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, cost control, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction activities at project sites.
- Manage foundations, equipment foundations, structural works, buildings, roads, and other civil infrastructure for substations and power projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material requirements, and contractor performance.
- Review BOQs, estimates, measurements, billing, and variation claims.




- Conduct site inspections and ensure implementation of quality assurance and safety procedures.
- Identify project risks, resolve site-related issues, and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and project execution.
- Experience in power projects, substations, or electrical EPC projects.
- Proficiency in reading civil drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Robust leadership, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and contractor management.
