- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Perform scheduled servicing and respond immediately to machine breakdowns on VMCs, HMCs, and CNC turning/milling centers.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical wear, electrical faults, hydraulic/pneumatic leaks, and CNC control system alarms (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.)
- System & Component Repair: Inspect, adjust, or replace spindles, ball screws, linear guideways, automatic tool changers (ATCs), index tables, servo motors, and drives.
- Machine Calibration & Alignment: Conduct geometric alignment, laser calibration, ballbar testing, and level/squareness checks to maintain tight machining tolerances.
- Spares & Inventory Management: Track critical spare parts, manage vendor/service engineer interactions, and order replacement components.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety protocols,



including electrical isolation and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of repairs, service histories, equipment checklists, and downtime root-cause analyses.
- Proficiency with CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi )
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Understanding of servo systems, PLCs, sensors, and encoders
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5S, and root cause failure analysis (RCFA)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
