We’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Aère. If you love coffee, enjoy creating great experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For

- Basic Barista Skills: Understanding of espresso preparation, coffee brewing, milk steaming, and beverage consistency.
- Latte Art: Ability to create basic latte art; advanced skills are a plus.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to different roles, shifts, and changing work requirements.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the team and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and courteous communication with guests and colleagues.
- Leadership: Ability to take initiative, handle responsibilities, and guide team members when required.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene,



workstation cleanliness, and equipment care.
- Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with the menu and the ability to explain beverages, ingredients, and recommendations to guests.

Salary

₹12,500 – ₹27,000 per month

Salary will be determined based on skill level, practical experience, latte art proficiency, and overall capabilities.
