Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Boy Cum Pantry Staff to ensure the smooth daily operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining workplace cleanliness, managing pantry duties, assisting with basic administrative tasks, and ensuring our staff and guests are well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pantry & Hospitality: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to office staff and visitors. Ensure guests are attended to promptly and professionally.
- Office Cleanliness: Ensure the office, pantry, and workstations are kept clean, highly organized, and presentable at all times.
- Inventory Management: Track, manage, and maintain the stock of office stationery and packaging materials.
- Courier & Packaging Duties: Prepare outgoing couriers, handle incoming packages, and assist with the careful and accurate packaging of spares and other materials.
- Outdoor & Administrative Tasks: Handle outdoor assignments such as bank visits (deposits/document submissions) and other official documentation work as required.




- General Support: Assist the administrative team and office staff with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements & Skills:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or higher.
- Communication: Good communication skills with the ability to interact politely with staff and guests.
- Attention to Detail: Must be highly observant, especially when handling documentation, packing spares, and organizing the office.
- Proactive & Protective: Must have a proactive attitude toward anticipating office needs and a sense of responsibility (protective) over office assets, documents, and confidentiality.
- Experience: Prior experience as an office boy, pantry staff, or in a similar support role is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with basic banking processes and local travel for courier/bank runs.

What We Offer:

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 to ₹17,000.
