The Team Lead – Last Mile at Delhivery Limited is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the delivery center (DC), managing field delivery executives, and ensuring that shipments achieve the target service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Route Planning: Oversee parcel movement, sorting processes, dispatch schedules, and manage route execution along with the deployment of personnel.
- Team Supervision & Training: Manage a team of 10–12 Delivery Executives, monitor their performance, and conduct briefings at the start of each shift.
