Job Description: Responsible for conducting quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods in the bread and namkeen manufacturing plant. Ensure compliance with product specifications, GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards. Maintain QC records, identify quality deviations, coordinate with Production for corrective actions, and ensure consistent product quality.

Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Freshers can apply/1 year in Quality Control within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.

Required Skills: Quality inspection and testing, knowledge of GMP and food safety standards, raw material and finished goods testing, QC documentation, problem-solving, attention to detail, and coordination with Production.
