- Handle data center network cabling installation, testing, troubleshooting, removal and remediation.
- Configure and troubleshoot CIMC, iDRAC and iLO management systems.
- Troubleshoot basic IP addressing and subnetting issues.
- Use tools such as Wireshark and PuTTY for network troubleshooting.
- Perform smart-hands support at data centers, colocation facilities, communication rooms and offices.
- Coordinate building power-down activities and maintenance.
- Handle vendor escorts, equipment deliveries, collections and physical verification.
- Perform rack mounting, installation, de-racking and un-racking of IT equipment.
- Perform network cable patching, troubleshooting and rack/cable dressing.
- Replace authorized customer-serviceable components such as hard disks, power supplies and memory DIMMs.
- Maintain patching records, hardware/spare inventory, cabling capacity and rack diagrams.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely service and SLA compliance.

Required Skills: Data Center Operations, Network Cabling, IP/Subnetting, CIMC/iDRAC/iLO, Wireshark, PuTTY, Rack & Stack, Hardware Troubleshooting and Customer Support.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
