Position Details

Position: Sales Coordinator
Num of Positions - 3

Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Experience: 1–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

# Contact potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services

# Generate leads for outside sales teams and support business development efforts.

# Accurately record customer interactions, purchase orders, and update customer databases.

# Process customer purchases and ensure proper follow-up to maintain satisfaction.

# Handle customer complaints and liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.

# Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.





# Prepare techno-commercial quotations and proposals.

# Achieve sales targets and business development goals.

# Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and regular reporting.

Required Skills and Competencies

# Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers.

# Strong persuasion, negotiation, and consultative sales abilities to close deals.

# Customer service orientation with the ability to handle objections and resolve complaints calmly

Qualification:

# BSC/ MSC/ Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA any stream
