Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and patient-focused Consultant Doctors specializing in skin and hair treatments. The doctor will be responsible for patient consultations, clinical assessments, recommending suitable treatments, monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct consultations and clinical assessments for skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns.
- Diagnose and manage appropriate dermatological and hair-related conditions within the doctor's qualifications and scope of practice.
- Recommend personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical suitability.
- Perform or supervise eligible aesthetic procedures, as per qualifications, training, and applicable regulations.
- Provide consultations for hair fall, hair thinning, pigmentation, acne, scars, ageing concerns, and other relevant conditions.
- Assess patient suitability for procedures such as PRP/GFC, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other skin and hair treatments, where appropriately qualified and trained.
- Explain treatment benefits, risks, expected outcomes, aftercare, and follow-up requirements to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, prescriptions, and treatment documentation.
- Monitor treatment progress,



manage follow-ups, and address patient concerns.
- Coordinate with therapists, nurses, dietitians, and centre management to ensure smooth clinical operations.
- Follow infection-control protocols, clinical safety standards, ethical practices, and company policies.
- Support patient education and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution with valid registration from the applicable medical council.
- MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification preferred for dermatology-specialist responsibilities.
- Relevant experience in dermatology, trichology, cosmetology, aesthetic medicine, or skin and hair clinics preferred.
- Practical knowledge of skin and hair assessments and relevant procedures.
- Strong communication, patient counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain professional clinical standards.

Compensation

Salary/Incentive fees will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, availability, and role responsibilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
