You will create a welcoming classroom where young children build confidence, develop essential skills and enjoy learning through play, stories, music, movement and hands-on activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons using the school’s curriculum and teacher guides.
- Helping children settle into school and develop positive daily routines.
- Supporting early language, phonics, numeracy, creativity and fine-motor development.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised classroom.
- Following school procedures for supervision, attendance, hygiene and authorised pickup.
- Observing children’s progress and maintaining simple learning records.
- Communicating respectfully with parents about their child’s learning and development.
- Participating in teacher training, lesson reviews and team discussions.
- Contributing to school celebrations, learning showcases and parent-engagement activities.

- Communicates clearly in English; Tamil communication skills are an advantage.
- Is dependable, organised and comfortable working as part of a small team.
- Is willing to learn, receive feedback and try new teaching approaches.
- Can use basic digital tools to prepare activities and maintain records.
- Can travel reliably to our Manapakkam campus.

A qualification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori training, Nursery Teacher Training or a related field is preferred. Previous preschool experience is an advantage. Freshers with relevant training and a robust interest in early childhood education are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,200.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
