Position: Medical Representative (MR)
Division: Derma Cosmetics & Hair Care
Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 0–3 Years
Salary: 2 – 2.5 LPA

Job Responsibilities

- Promote and detail dermatology, cosmetics, skincare, and hair-care products to Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, Trichologists, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and clinics.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular doctor calls and effectively communicate product perks, composition, usage, and key differentiating features.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness and market penetration in the assigned territory.
- Visit pharmacies, distributors, and stockiest to ensure product availability and generate orders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations, doctor meetings, promotional activities, and CME/clinic activities as required.
- Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.
- Maintain accurate daily call reports, sales reports, and customer records.
- Coordinate with distributors and the internal sales team for timely order execution and product availability.




- Follow company guidelines and ethical standards while promoting products.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of dermatology, skincare, hair care, and cosmetic products.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Good territory management and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

Qualification

- Graduate in B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, BBA, or any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with a background in Pharmaceuticals, Dermatology, Cosmeceuticals, or Healthcare Sales will be preferred.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, derma, cosmeceutical, skincare, or hair-care sales.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Achievement of sales and prescription targets.
- Number and quality of doctor calls.
- New doctor/customer additions.
- Product availability and order generation.
- Territory growth and market expansion.
- Regularity and quality of reporting.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
