NPD INSPECTION- QUALITY

Qualification- BE/BTech, Diploma Mech

Experience- 2-4 years in Plastic Parts.

Salary- Upto 29000 CTC

Job location-Chinchwad, Chakan- Pune

Core Responsibilities

- Inspecting Components & Vehicles:
- Visual Defects Knowledge regarding Plastic & Paint Parts.
- Perform visual and physical inspections of parts, Quality Inspection for tape measurement & Welding.
- Instrument Knowledge- Vernier Caliber/Micrometer/ High Gauges/ bevel Protector/Trimos/slip Gauge/ Bore Gauge etc
- Drawing Reading

· Defect Identification & Reporting: Identify, document, and report defects, irregularities, or deviations in production.

Key Requirements

· Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive systems, engineering drawings,



and manufacturing processes.

· Attention to Detail: High capability to spot minute defects and ensure strict adherence to safety standards.

· Technical Tools: Experience with precision measuring instruments.

· Communication Skills: Ability to report findings accurately and work with production teams.

· Education/Experience: High school diploma, often with vocational training or relevant automotive manufacturing experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
