Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 2–4 years

Job Responsibilities

- Handle accounting and documentation related to foreign exchange (Forex) transactions.
- Manage EDPMS (Export Data Processing and Monitoring System) and IDPMS (Import Data Processing and Monitoring System) transactions and settlements.
- Coordinate with banks for export and import payment settlements.
- Monitor export proceeds realization and import payment transactions.
- Ensure timely closure and settlement of pending EDPMS/IDPMS entries.
- Maintain accurate records of foreign currency transactions and related bank documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and banks to resolve discrepancies and pending transactions.




- Ensure compliance with applicable RBI guidelines and banking procedures related to foreign exchange transactions.
- Practical experience in Forex transaction accounting and EDPMS/IDPMS settlements is essential.
- Good knowledge of banking procedures and export-import documentation.
- Strong accounting, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Candidates currently residing in Ernakulam will be preferred.
