Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Special Educator to support primary-level students at our Cambridge Campus. The candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to identify individual learning needs and implement appropriate strategies to support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and assess the individual learning needs of primary-level students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and suitable learning strategies, wherever required.
- Provide individual or small-group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Adapt teaching materials and classroom activities to suit students’ learning abilities and pace.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement inclusive teaching practices within the Cambridge curriculum.
- Monitor students’ progress and maintain appropriate documentation and progress reports.
- Support students in developing communication, social, emotional, behavioural,



and independent learning skills.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (B.Ed. Special Education or an equivalent recognised qualification).
- Relevant certification or training in learning disabilities, inclusive education, or child development will be an advantage.

Experience and Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience working with primary-school students with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the school team.

Work Requirements

- Willingness to work on campus 2 days per week.
- Ability to plan and deliver structured interventions during the scheduled school visits.
- Commitment to supporting students’ individual learning goals and maintaining regular progress records.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
