We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will manage the complete employee lifecycle, develop HR policies, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead overall HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Manage workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
* Supervise the recruitment team and ensure timely hiring.
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
* Monitor HR reports, employee records, attendance, and retention.
* Coordinate with management on HR strategies and organizational growth.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
* 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Positive knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and labour laws.
* Experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
