Senior Trainer / Senior Faculty (HOD)

Responsibility 1: Training Delivery & Student Outcomes

Tasks & Activities

 Deliver training as per approved curriculum and training calendar.

 Ensure classroom readiness, infrastructure availability, and smooth session execution.

 Track attendance, absenteeism, and classroom discipline.

 Conduct engaging and outcome-driven learning sessions.

 Collect and act upon student feedback regularly.

 Conduct mock interviews, viva sessions, and written assessments.

 Provide remedial support and extra sessions for weak students.

 Ensure students achieve placement readiness standards.

Responsibility 2: Certification & Academic Excellence

Tasks & Activities

 Drive NISM registration, enrolment, and exam participation.

 Conduct certification-focused preparation sessions.

 Mentor students for successful certification completion.

 Monitor batch-wise certification performance and corrective actions.

 Track assessment results and identify learning gaps.

 Support students with additional guidance for academic improvement.

Responsibility 3: Content Management & Academic Governance

Tasks & Activities

 Review and update books, PPTs, assessments, quizzes, and learning materials in April and

October.

 Ensure content accuracy and alignment with BFSI industry requirements.

 Maintain standardization across trainers.

 Review student feedback and placement outcomes to improve content.

 Monitor adherence to curriculum, SOPs, attendance, and academic standards.

 Conduct regular academic audits and quality reviews.

Responsibility 4: Team Leadership & Faculty Development

Tasks & Activities





 Lead and mentor trainers to achieve academic and student outcome goals.

 Conduct onboarding and induction for newly hired trainers.

 Observe classes and provide structured coaching and feedback.

 Develop trainer capability through regular knowledge-sharing sessions.

 Collaborate with Placement, Sales, Operations, and other departments.

 Drive implementation of best practices and process improvements.

 Ensure alignment with IPB culture, values, and teaching standards.
